HyperTabular

HyperTabular - Canonical forward-only tabular parsing, written once in Rust and called directly from C#, Java, Go, Swift, Ruby, PHP, and Python. Format providers feed every cell through HyperCast, giving delimited text, spreadsheets, Parquet, and future formats one typed row-and-verdict contract.
