HEAD is now at 349692b Made language equality strict full-code identity and added isSameLanguageFamily(as:) for short-code (family) matching. A region-decorated preferred language (e.g. en-GB) no longer compares equal to a different region of the same language (en-UA), which fixes duplicate "selected" highlighting when several preferred entries share a short code. Made selectedAppLocale deterministic — it resolves to exactly one language (exact full code, otherwise the first same-family match with preferred entries first, otherwise English) and is always an element of sortedLanguages. Reworked sortedLanguages and the system/default seed checks to use explicit family matching, preserving the existing list output. Added Hashable conformance consistent with the strict equality, and unit tests for the resolution. Bumped version to 1.6.3.
